Terms

Cash/Credit Card/Net 30 (when approved). Credit applications for Net 30 accounts are limited to institutional and volume customers. Allow 2 weeks for credit verification and approval. COD shipment is NOT offered. VISA, MasterCard & American Express are accepted & billed at time of shipment. Credit Accounts are due NET 30 from the date of shipment. FOB our warehouse, Phoenix, AZ. 100% CASH PREPAID orders allow 5 days for check clearance.

Shipping

UPS Ground unless prior arrangements by the customer.

Backorders

Backordered items will be shipped as available until customer’s specified cancellation date. CUSTOMER MUST ADVISE WHEN ORDERING IF NO BACKORDERS ARE ACCEPTED. Payment terms on backorders will be the same as on initial shipment. Unless otherwise directed, we will use our own discretion to cancel or consolidate backorders of minimal value.

Sizes, Colors and Specifications

Due to the nature of handmade items, sizes, colors, and other specifications may vary. Items will include Green Giraffe logo hang tags, country of origin stickers or other Green Giraffe insignia.

Claims/Defects/Damages/Refusals

Report ALL claims to Green Giraffe home office, National City, CA within 7 days of receipt of invoice or shipment. Please have your invoice number handy to speed resolution of problems. In case of DAMAGED items, you must also notify the carrier (UPS or other). Please notify the driver of any visible damage to boxes and retain the packing materials for a damage inspection. Proper reporting of damages is required before any credit adjustments can be made. No credit will be given for merchandise returned or shipments refused – for any reason – unless prior authorization has been obtained from the Green Giraffe home office, National City, CA. Discretionary returns will be subject to restocking/reprocessing fees. Green Giraffe liability is limited to replacement of defective items; we cannot be responsible for consequential damages.
